BUSINESS SERVICES HAVE BEEN

Businesses are billed between $45.00 - $70.00 per hour, but a full assessment of your needs will be made before any work is performed. The $45.00 rate is dependent on a $600.00 retainer to waive the $25.00 service calls, the higher rate is per diam (as needed) with a $25.00 service call. Networking or jobs requiring more than one technician to be onsite at the same time is $20.00 above the rates listed.

 

A $25.00 Service call is a mandatory fee NO MATTER WHAT IS OR "IS NOT" DONE.

I can perform the following services:

On Site Service for both the average home user and small-medium size business.

Software/Operating System and General Troubleshooting I troubleshoot all software issues (all Windows operating systems or software applications) on all platforms (desktop, laptop or mac). If I can not resolve the issue I can help you to find the person/place that will have the answer.

I troubleshoot problems with all versions of Windows, software applications, and peripherals.

Viruses/Spyware - Adware - Browser Hijackers and Trojan Horses I can clean your PC of all these nasty's, and show you how to keep it clean in the future with the proper security settings and maintenance both self and managed plans available.

Networks - both Wired & Wireless with Security I will help you setup, or maintain a secure network, as well as put the necessary measures in place to keep you safe from identity theft.  I will not handle Windows or Unix servers but will be glad to act as a liaison between you and someone who does.

Broadband, Cable Modems - DSL - Satellite- AOL High speed and Dial-Up I can set up your high speed connection, once done you may want to share it with other computers in your home.  I can help you setup a home network, where you can share your internet connection, files, and printers. (this only works with broadband connections) not dial up.

I can assist you with selecting the proper DIAL UP company for your needs and budget and getting it running on your PC.

Repair/Maintenance In today's world people tend to replace a faulty component or whole computer so repair is obsolete. (usually it is more cost effective to do so anyway) . I will set up a good maintenance schedule for your computer.  A little maintenance done properly can extend the life of a computer longer than you may have ever thought possible.

Consultations - New System Setup & Configuration (do it right - right from the start) Want to buy a new Personal Computer but not sure what they are listing on the spec sheet? I will consult you on the purchase and set up of a new PC.

Training I will give training on Windows, Internet, Email, Software applications (basic), and using peripheral devices,digital cameras, photo editing, software installation, DVD burning, etc.

WHEN AM I AVAILABLE ? Monday - Friday :  8:00 AM - 5 PM  (I am in the office by appointment only !  I check my voicemail throughout the day).  If you do get my voice mail and you most likely will- leave me a detailed message.
