Our Process.
- You call our Call Center, and give our friendly receptionist the details of your issue.
- Our Call Center dispatches a local certified technician to pick up your computer per your arrangements.
- The computer is brought to our shop for diagnosis and repair.
- When we are done, you receive a call from our call center to arrange a return of your computer.
- Your computer is returned, set up, and demonstrated to be working by one of our technicians.
- You pay the technician and he leaves you a detailed receipt of what we did to your computer.
